The Professional Services Consultant at Magnet Forensics plays a critical role in delivering and executing implementation projects for digital investigative software, working closely with customers to address their challenges and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in networking, servers, and virtualization.
  • Passion for understanding customer business goals.
  • Deep knowledge of network communications and configuration.
  • Ability to perform server builds and configurations.
  • Understanding of private cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tracking tools.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent consultation and relationship management skills.
