Overview

As a Customer Account Specialist at Magnet Forensics, you will support customer accounts, sales, and product license management teams by troubleshooting challenges and ensuring a perfect customer experience.

In Short

  • Military or law enforcement experience is valued.
  • No travel required, optional corporate event travel available.
  • Demonstrate Magnet CODE values in previous experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience writing procedure and policy documents.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS licensing support.
  • Familiarity with SSO solutions, preferably Okta.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
  • Passion for customer success.
  • Integrity, empathy, and respect in all actions.
