In Short

  • This hybrid remote role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
  • Contact prospective customers to deliver tailored internet and phone solutions.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and guide customers through the selection process.
  • Proactively follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
  • Efficiently manage time to balance customer interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems like Salesforce and Rev.io.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in training.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and overall objectives.
  • Full-time position with working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Rev.io) and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about customer service and relationship-building.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
