• Build a scalable, repeatable outbound sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with recruiters for a seamless search/placement process.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
• Ensure you consistently hit your KPIs/sales quotas.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, preferably in a technical or recruiting environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
