We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative / Virtual Assistant to build and optimize our outbound sales process while driving new business opportunities. This strategic role combines sales development leadership, process creation, and content development, making it ideal for a self-starter who can both execute and innovate our sales approach.

• Design, implement, and optimize outbound sales playbook
• Create and refine ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
• Develop multi-channel outreach sequences and cadences

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales development experience
• Proven track record of building or improving sales processes
• Experience creating sales enablement content
• Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
