Overview

This role provides immediate, full-time insurance/roofing estimating support for a Florida-based roofing contractor, focusing on producing accurate estimates and managing communications with insurance adjusters.

In Short

  • Prepare and review Xactimate estimates for roofing projects.
  • Manage scopes of loss and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
  • Maintain accurate claim notes and updates in CRM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and adjusters.
  • Work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
  • Full-time hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.
  • Experience in roofing/insurance estimating required.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate necessary.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
  • Calm under pressure with strong negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple claims concurrently.

  • Ability to work full-time hours in Eastern Time.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools.
