The CargoWise Application Support Specialist is responsible for supporting Cargowise One applications and managing workflows to meet business needs while ensuring integration solutions are effectively implemented.

• Support Cargowise One applications and related peripherals.
• Configure, setup, and manage workflows and triggers.

• 5 years of experience in CargoWise application support required.
• Experience with logistics and forwarding operations is essential.

Requirements

• 5 years of CargoWise One application support experience.
• Registry setup and workflow customization experience.
• 3-5 years in logistics and forwarding background.
• Understanding of agile project management methodology.
• Experience with Service Now, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.
• Basic understanding of SQL and EDI communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel for on-site support when necessary.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
