As a Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing and engaging top talent for our US terminals, navigating a complex and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is highly desirable.
• High level of integrity and organization.
