In Short

• Ensure efficiency and safety in the entry and exit process of carriers at the terminal.
• Utilize automated systems to assist carriers visiting the terminal.
• Inspect containers for damages or inconsistencies that could risk port logistics.
• Use industrial electronic devices to confirm driver/container information.
• Maintain proper registration and functioning of automated systems.
• Process entries/exits of containers and trucks at the terminal.
• Provide necessary support to authorities, contractors, and related departments.
• Coordinate personnel or contractors designated to the gate area.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.
• Work with a team to contribute to the global economy through our network.

Requirements

• High School Diploma in Diversified Education.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Leadership skills by influence (indirect reports).
• Basic knowledge of Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of logistics environment.
• Customer service orientation, communication, leadership, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments.
• Reside in Limón Centro or surrounding areas.
• Willingness to make a difference using your skills.
