Mechanical Inspector - Remote

Overview

Parsons is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to join our project in Riyadh, where you will perform complex inspection tasks to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations.

In Short

• Conduct inspections and tests according to contract specifications.
• Monitor and document construction work on-site.
• Oversee mechanical, plumbing, and firefighting systems compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
• Verify material approvals and report on installed quantities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior inspectors.
• Participate in safety and quality control practices.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues and defects.
• Ensure successful hand-over of the project.
• Work on-site 100% of the time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical inspection.
• Understanding of testing and commissioning requirements.
• Ability to interpret contract documents and drawings.
• Experience with infrastructure and building projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills with client facility management teams.
