Overview

TPC Training is seeking Mechanical and Electrical instructors with a strong background and field experience to deliver practical skills training to technicians and maintenance workers.

In Short

• Teach mechanical and electrical topics to students.
• Deliver training in a classroom setting with hands-on and lecture methods.
• Travel regularly to scheduled training events.
• Utilize MS Office products for training materials.
• Experience with virtual training via Zoom is a plus.
• Must live in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.
• Manage training support equipment up to 90 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• 10 years of field experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in Skilled Trades Training.
• Associate degree or higher or relevant certification required.

• Ability to instruct 2-25 students.
• Customer service mindset and passion for sharing knowledge.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Ability to manage training support equipment.
• Field experience in commercial, residential, and production environments.
