TPC Training is seeking Mechanical and Electrical instructors with a strong background and field experience to deliver practical skills training to students.

In Short

• Instruct students in mechanical and electrical topics.
• Deliver training in a classroom setting with hands-on and lecture methods.
• Travel regularly to scheduled training events.
• Utilize MS Office products for training materials.
• Experience with virtual training via Zoom is a plus.
• Manage training support equipment up to 90 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• 10 years of field experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in Skilled Trades Training.
• Must have an associate degree or higher or relevant certification.
• Customer service mindset is essential.
