As a Business Growth Manager, you will actively contribute to the growth of an innovative company by identifying and acquiring new business partners, while also maintaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Maintain long-term partnerships and engage in cross/up-selling.
  • Present and pitch unique TikTok products enthusiastically.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in B2B sales, social media marketing, or agency environment is preferred.
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification is an advantage.
  • Passion for social media and understanding of its business potential.
  • High level of initiative and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented, and persuasive.
  • Team player with empathy and focus on objectives.
  • Resilience and perseverance in the face of setbacks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM/project management tools.
  • Good command of English.
