Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product growth or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with financial product growth in LATAM and another major region.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong business acumen; AI-related project experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Solid understanding of crypto products and the exchange ecosystem.
