In Short

• Responsible for revenue, profitability, and customer experience of all partner trips.
• Coordination of strategic development of products and sales channels.
• Acquisition of new long-term partners.
• Designing efficient onboarding and support processes.
• Leading and developing the product management team.
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving data-driven measures.
• Strategic development of sustainability topics in the partner area.
• Managing marketing and sales of partner products.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business development.
• Solid understanding of digital processes and systematic process optimization.
• Data-driven decision-making with a clear focus on customer experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness for continuous personal and team development.
• Leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in e-commerce or start-up environments is a plus.
• Experience in the travel industry is beneficial.
