We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Growth Manager to focus on generating new business opportunities. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to convert cold leads into warm prospects.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1+).
• Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada.
• Experience in conducting Discovery calls.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Good sense of humor is appreciated.
