Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for managing recruitment and project execution for quantitative and qualitative studies in the US market, ensuring projects are delivered according to client specifications.

• Manage end-to-end project tasks including setup and delivery of study invitations.
• Control and manage sampling for allocated projects.
• Coordinate with project assistants for effective recruitment methodology.
• Build sampling plans and liaise with teams for internal sample resources.
• Provide regular updates to project management on recruitment status.
• Develop alternative sampling strategies as needed.
• Track and report on sampling performance.
• Ensure timely completion of projects in line with client timelines.
• Support project managers in closing and invoicing projects.
• Conduct market research interviews and manage client interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of market research experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic math skills for calculating rates and metrics.
• Interest or experience in the healthcare field.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
