Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market and assisting the Project Managers in making sure studies are delivered in accordance with the specs given by the client.

• Responsible for recruitment in quantitative and qualitative projects.
• Coordinate with team members to deliver projects.
• Manage sampling and setup aspects of projects.
• Execute project-related tasks including link setup and delivery of study invitations.
• Build sampling plans and liaise with teams for resource maximization.
• Track and report on sampling performance.
• Attend meetings and ensure project specifications are understood.
• Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients.
• Support Project Managers in project closure and invoicing.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate US EST and UK hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0 – 1 year of market research experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in market research tools preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Interest in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
