Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator assists the Client Service team with day-to-day management of market research studies, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications while exceeding client expectations.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end project tasks including setup and testing.
• Build and track sample plans based on specifications.
• Host pretest/pilot interviews for clients.
• Identify and implement fieldwork strategies to improve response rates.
• Monitor partners on quantitative projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment with supporting teams.
• Send final updates and cost summaries to partners.
• Attend project meetings and ensure alignment on specifications.
• Support Project Managers with administrative tasks.
• Work autonomously and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0 – 1 year of market research experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Basic math skills for calculating response rates.
• Interest in the healthcare field.
• Strong critical thinking and initiative.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Willing to work in US EST or UK hours.
