Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market and assisting the Project Managers in ensuring studies are delivered according to client specifications.

In Short

• Execute end-to-end project related tasks including link setup and testing.
• Manage and control sampling for allocated projects.
• Build sampling plans and coordinate with project assistants.
• Liaise with teams to maximize internal sample resources.
• Provide regular project updates to project management team.
• Track and report on sampling performance.
• Host market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients.
• Support project managers in closing projects for invoicing.
• Setup Dynamic Audiences based on client specifications.
• Willing to work in US EST hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of market research experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in market research tools preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Basic math skills for calculating rates and statistics.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
