Overview

The Fieldwork Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects in the US market, ensuring studies are delivered according to client specifications.

• Responsible for recruitment for quantitative and qualitative projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to deliver studies.
• Manage sampling and setup aspects of projects.
• Execute project-related tasks including link setup and testing.
• Build sampling plans and liaise with teams for resource maximization.
• Provide recruitment updates to project management.
• Track and report on sampling performance.
• Support project closure and invoicing.
• Conduct market research interviews as needed.
• Must work US shift hours (Eastern Time Zone).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 0 – 1 year of market research experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in market research tools preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Interest in healthcare is a plus.
