The Physician Relations Specialist is responsible for conducting phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gather recruitment information for healthcare organizations.

In Short

• Conduct phone interviews with physicians.
• Place outbound calls regarding practice opportunities.
• Connect with residents/fellows on social media.
• Inform physicians about career resources.
• Handle inbound calls from physicians and administrators.
• Meet daily and weekly call quotas.
• Make 80-100 calls each day.

Requirements

• Superior listening skills and phone communication.
• Experience using LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated and assertive.
• Outbound call experience preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail for data entry tasks.
