Overview

The Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gather personal recruitment information needed by healthcare organizations.

In Short

• Conduct phone interviews with physicians.
• Place outbound calls regarding practice opportunities.
• Connect with residents/fellows via social media.
• Inform physicians about PracticeMatch's resources.
• Receive inbound calls from physicians and hospitals.
• Meet daily and weekly call quotas.
• Produce 80-100 calls each day.

Requirements

• Superior listening and professional phone communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated and assertive to achieve goals.
• Sales approach experience preferred.
• Outbound call experience preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• Efficient communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail for data entry tasks.
