The Director of Physician Recruiting for the Academics Division will lead efforts in recruiting physicians for academic institutions, ensuring a consultative approach in matching candidates with opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Sales experience including B2B sales or cold calling.
• Consultative sales experience is a plus.
