Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients.
• Strong record of target achievement in sales and revenue.
• Collaborative and supportive team player.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Valid Driving License required.
