Overview

Our client, a leading crypto payment processor, is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its presence in the CIS European market. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, fintech, crypto payments, or iGaming.

In Short

  • Identify and engage decision-makers in iGaming and fintech industries.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage sales pipeline and update CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, fintech, crypto, or iGaming.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience and portfolio in the LATAM market or Spanish Language is a huge plus.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Romanian (Moldovan), Russian, Tajik, Uzbek, Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian.
