Overview

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for originating new equipment finance loan and lease business, ensuring adherence to internal credit and external regulatory standards, while building and expanding business relationships with customers.

In Short

  • Originate new equipment finance loans and leases.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Identify needs and transactional opportunities through calls and emails.
  • Support and mentor Account Executives.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal systems and software.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
  • Promote a supportive work environment.
  • Travel as needed for business purposes.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ equipment finance experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
  • Prior leasing and sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to sell effectively to clients.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
