Overview

The GCM Client Administrator II - Payments plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring effective administration of high net-worth private and institutional clients in the Global Capital Markets.

In Short

  • Assist with trust and entity administration for clients.
  • Support account relationship managers with client inquiries.
  • Process transactions including cash disbursements and trades.
  • Maintain daily contact with clients to address requests.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external service partners.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk standards.
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced personnel.
  • Participate in team activities and support team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of higher education/work experience.
  • 1 year of relevant experience with direct client contact.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
  • CCTS certification is a plus.
  • Experience with payment processing.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
