Director of Cloud Migration - Remote

Overview

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in B2B Software Cloud Migration, you’ll take the lead on one of our top priority programs, driving our customer base to the cloud.

In Short

• Lead cloud migration programs for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Define and refine program strategy and execution plans.
• Act as a trusted partner to Program Managers and leaders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance performance.
• Champion cloud migration benefits to customers and teams.
• Leverage experience in services and customer success.
• Engage with executive stakeholders regularly.
• Coordinate across multiple teams including Product and Operations.
• Interface with vendors or external consultants as needed.
• Relocation is not offered for this role.
