Lyra Health is seeking a Program Specialist to oversee operational processes that ensure the quality of live educational events, manage presenter teams, and develop evidence-based learning content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in live training and educational events
• Experience in internal operations and customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of wellness, mental health, or healthcare
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Exceptional communication skills
• Familiarity with webinar platforms, Salesforce, and Asana
