• Support the creation and maintenance of research processes across the UXR team.
• Streamline research participant management and build a participant panel.
• Manage participant consent templates and data privacy protocols.
• Maintain and improve the UX Research repository.
• Optimize processes for analyzing and sharing research insights.
• Support research democratization and continuous discovery programs.
• Develop case studies demonstrating the value of UXR.
• Keep the UXR team organized through effective knowledge management.
• Partner with UXR managers on professional development programs.
• Assist with management of the research team’s tech stack.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Research Operations or UX Research roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Understanding of the research lifecycle and UX Research methods.
• Experience defining UX Research workflows and participant management.
• Experience with vendor management and research tool procurement.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with change management best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with mixed-method research platforms.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
