You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all campaigns run smoothly, and you'll play a key role in forecasting promo budgets and addressing any challenges that arise. In Short

• Oversee the creation and implementation of promo codes for Offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Promo Ops team for smooth campaign execution.
• Work with the fraud team to mitigate promo code fraud issues.
• Manage the setup of promo code campaigns in Campaign Manager.
• Upload promo codes to tracking systems and ensure accurate attribution.
• Conduct rigorous QA processes for promo codes.
• Generate and send weekly promo code reports to agencies.
• Forecast quarterly promo spend for marketing channels.
• Monitor promo spend reports to align with budgets.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues with promo codes.

Requirements

• Experience handling large datasets related to budget management.
• Proven analytical skills to identify trends and track performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with VBA for task automation is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy in tracking and reporting promo codes.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
