Overview

The Client Support Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients seeking mental health services, ensuring they receive compassionate and informed assistance.

In Short

• Manage client communication via email, phone, and live chat.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and service orientation.
• Communicate fluently in Spanish, with sensitivity to healthcare terminology.
• Respond with empathy and professionalism during sensitive conversations.
• Use platforms like Zendesk to manage client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client experience.
• Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Occasional weekend coverage scheduled in advance.
• Salary range: PHP 60,000–80,000/month.
• Remote position.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written.
• At least 1 year in customer service and 2 years in administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Cultural sensitivity to support diverse clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-impact environment.
