We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst with advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise to transform large, unstructured datasets into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll clean and standardize data from multiple sources, build structured reporting libraries, and generate performance reports that highlight key marketing and media KPIs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in data-heavy environments, and can turn complex raw inputs into reliable, easy-to-use reporting systems.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise (pivot tables, complex formulas, custom calculations, data cleaning)
• Experience analyzing large, unstructured datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Amazon Advertising, retail app data, DSP/ROS feeds)
• Strong ability to standardize naming conventions and build structured libraries for data inputs
• Proficiency in creating pivot tables, calculated fields, and performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CVR, SAC, Gross Adds)
• Ability to generate daily/weekly performance reports in Excel/Sheets and organize data for easy trend analysis
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle repetitive data tasks with accuracy
• Familiarity with internal communication tools (Slack, Gmail)
