In Short

• Own and manage recurring reports with 100% accuracy.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses (e.g., campaign performance, referral activity).
• Partner with marketing leads to deliver reporting summaries and actionable insights.
• Track milestones and detect fraudulent activity in referral programs.
• Support financial reporting by assisting with invoice and PO processing.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Respond swiftly to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
• Conduct QA reviews of CRM campaigns.
• Validate technical setups and deliverability of campaigns.
• Document recurring issues and propose improvements.

Requirements

• SQL expertise (Intermediate–Advanced).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• At least 1+ year in QA for CRM platforms.
• Strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Amenable to working in any US time zone.
