Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. In this role, you will spend ~50% of your time coordinating interviews and managing written communication with candidates and ~50% providing recruitment operations support and administration.

In Short

• Manage communication with candidates, answering inquiries, providing regular updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Manage Ashby ATS and other recruiting tools to create job postings
• Maintain accurate interview plans and workflows for job postings
• Troubleshoot system or process-related issues to ensure smooth operations
• Document processes and create guides in Notion
• Support recruiters with operational improvements
• Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media
• Stay up-to-date on recruitment strategies and tools
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role for a high-growth tech startup
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and AI tools
• Equipment and strong internet connection
• Ability to work EST hours
