In Short

• Support the development and tracking of a marketing incentive program for agricultural producers in Hawaiʻi.
• Liaise with project partners and agricultural producers to provide effective support.
• Promote program-wide efforts and network with institutional purchasers.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on program framework.
• Collect and validate federally required reporting data.
• Guide and mentor agricultural producers participating in the program.
• Showcase marketing efforts publicly through various channels.
• Facilitate producer participation in trade shows and conferences.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Requires travel interisland and flexibility in work hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or agriculture.
• 5 years of progressive work experience.
• Fluency in cultural norms when interacting with stakeholders in Hawaiʻi.
• Good knowledge of Hawaiʻi communities and agriculture.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
