Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our growing Global Tech Recruiting team. As a Senior Recruiter based in Ukraine on our Global Tech Recruiting Team, you will be expected to work on pipelines that may include hiring for Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, or other general technical talent.

Your primary focus will be to run a full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing on tech roles within your designated pipelines. You should bring a level of critical thinking, proactiveness, and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Lyft scale.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for roles for Europe (mostly Ukraine and Germany) and the Americas.
• Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies.
• Innovate on ways to source and build a talent pipeline.
• Proactively build strong pipelines through sourcing.
• Work internally with Lyft hiring managers to understand team needs.
• Negotiate offers with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Create job descriptions and offer packages.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years experience with full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in the tech industry.
• Experience using tools from modern recruiting tech stack.
• Experience building and maintaining technical talent pipelines.
• Agency background considered if relevant experience exists.
• Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments.
