Join our team as a Senior IT Problem Manager! You will have the opportunity to build a local banking champion with Luminor while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

In Short

• Serve as the primary advocate for the IT Problem Management process.
• Lead technical investigations and conduct comprehensive root cause analyses (RCA).
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions based on RCA outcomes.
• Oversee Problem, Incident, and Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with the Process Owner on workflows and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports on IT operational performance and compliance.
• Evaluate IT operations activities and recommend enhancements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation or intermediate-level certification preferred.
• Significant experience in IT Service Management.
• Proven ability to lead root cause analyses.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English for Pan-Baltic operations.
