Overview

Join our team as a Senior AFC Officer! In this role, you will ensure our AML/CFT compliance framework is strong, up to date, and aligned across the Group.

In Short

• Lead the development, approval, and maintenance of AML/CFT procedures.
• Regularly review and update procedures for compliance.
• Drive process improvements in AML/CFT and DAC areas.
• Apply a risk-based approach to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank for alignment.
• Support AFC Officers with complex cases.
• Provide expert guidance to business units.
• Contribute to the development of risk mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Profound awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in managing AFC risks.
• At least 3 years of experience in the AFC area.
• Good cross-functional and cross-border cooperation skills.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
