As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to build a local banking champion.

In Short

• Provide specialized support in developing, managing, and promoting banking products aligned with strategic goals.
• Define product-related system features and processes; contribute to requirement analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, IT, and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance product delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities, manage incidents, and ensure mitigation actions are documented.
• Promote risk awareness and ensure product compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Lead requirement analysis with stakeholders, provide training, and support internal teams and customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of sprint tasks, participate in reviews, and foster team collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience supporting banking product development and lifecycle.
• Ability to define system features and document requirements.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
• Familiar with banking regulations and compliance in the Baltics.
• Capable of managing incidents and maintaining product documentation.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Proactive, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
