In Short

• Participate in 24/7 IT operations shift ensuring stability and compliance.
• Log, filter, enrich, correlate, and update IT event tickets.
• Trigger incident creation based on event severity.
• Participate in monitoring reviews and suggest improvements.
• Ensure alignment with ITSM standards.
• Execute agreed 24/7 Standard Changes.
• Work with the Process Owner to define process rules.
• Monitor and supervise IT operations effectiveness.
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Contribute to team and company performance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift model.
• Fluent English required.
