Overview

Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales with a strong focus on Real World Evidence (RWE). As the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our RWE solutions to the healthcare industry.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption and sales of our Real World Evidence solutions.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and payer organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities.
  • Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of Real World Evidence and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
