Senior Privacy Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role exists to embed privacy into each phase of our software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that our products uphold the highest data protection standards. The Senior Privacy Engineer will lead the design and implementation of technical privacy controls so that our platform is architected and coded with privacy at its core.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Security, or Privacy preferred.
• Eight years of software or security engineering experience.
• Three years in a full-time privacy engineering role.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with privacy threat modeling.
• Experience in banking or fintech industries preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant privacy frameworks and regulations.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Ability to conduct privacy-focused code reviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
