Overview

The Project Manager at Lumin Digital is responsible for managing a high volume of concurrent projects for clients live on the Lumin platform, including feature enhancements, third-party integrations, and consulting efforts.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent small to medium-scale projects.
• Create and manage project schedules and work plans.
• Consult with clients to understand requests and turn them into actionable items.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for implementation.
• Provide proactive status reporting and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead status meetings for key stakeholders.
• Support internal development initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Professional Services team.
• Minimal travel required, generally 12 days or less per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Four years of project management experience.
• Experience in financial technology or enterprise software implementation.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Gantt charts and Kanban boards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Leadership skills to motivate team members.
