HR Manager (Lifecycle & Technical Recruiting) - Remote

In Short

• This is a fully remote contract role, open to candidates from LATAM, South America, and Europe.
• You will build and run the infrastructure for onboarding, performance, compliance, and employee relations.
• You will own recruiting across all open roles, including technical positions.
• Design and maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements.
• Establish performance management systems tied to measurable output.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for employee relations.
• Partner with founders on org design and compensation strategy.
• You need to source and screen technical candidates without outsourcing.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse is essential.

Requirements

• Experience building people infrastructure at a startup.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to move fast.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Experience hiring across time zones and understanding global remote compliance.
• Use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
