Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Project Manager to join our Delivery team at Luma. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for our customers during implementation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience without stepping into solution design or technical architecture.

In Short

• Serve as the project owner and main customer liaison throughout the implementation process.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and Technical teams to ensure the customer receives a solution aligned with their business needs.
• Manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and risks.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement across internal teams and customer organizations.
• Proactively identify and resolve project blockers.
• Lead project meetings and customer touchpoints.
• Champion delivery process improvements.
• Ensure alignment with standard methodologies and documentation protocols.

• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise implementations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on removing delivery roadblocks.
• Familiarity with implementation best practices for SaaS platforms.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or related field.
