Overview

As Sr. Manager of EMEA New Logo Sales, you will lead a team focused on driving strategic business growth for new Lucid customers and opportunities while promoting a culture of teamwork and individual empowerment.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 6-8 New Logo Account Executives (AEs).
  • Drive strategic business growth for new customers.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team.
  • Manage the pipeline and forecast sales.
  • Assist in recruiting and training new sales staff.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with sales reps.
  • Implement ongoing process improvements.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Lucid’s offerings.
  • Understand the competitive landscape.
  • Work in the EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, NL, twice a week.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an enterprise environment.
  • 4+ years of sales management experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS products.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM reporting and similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience as an expert coach and leader.
  • Detailed knowledge of SaaS applications.
  • Strong technical background preferred.
