  • Moderate community discussions and analyze community metrics.
  • Manage and grow a community power user engagement program.
  • Collaborate with CX, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building authentic relationships.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive insights.
