In Short

  • Lead strategic business growth for current Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale customers.
  • Work directly with potential and existing customers to create business value.
  • Close business and build personal relationships with existing accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Lucid Suite and understand target markets.
  • Maintain reliable forecasts and transparency with management.
  • Meet team standards around activity and accountability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years closing experience (preferably in SaaS/tech).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
